Perfect match for a whistle-stop in Bloomington with extraordinarily good value for money. The beds were soft and comfortable.

comfort inn was clean and close to an outback steakhouse for snacks and drinks. also, the staff were helpful - like chaundry who guided me to the hotel when i was lost.

The suite I had for four nights was excellent. The space was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was more than adequate. The proximity to the Mall of America was a bonus, and the quality of the suite was excellent in relation to the cost. I would stay there again without hesitation. The exercise room, despite the stationary bike's electronics not working, still allowed for a good workout. However, the shower's temperature was a bit difficult to manage, and the breakfast options were limited. I'd recommend this hotel for its value and amenities.

we've used this hotel several times before and find it very convenient, with the free shuttle to and from the airport and the mall of america, perfect for arriving into the usa and getting over the jetlag for a few days here, before flying on. we love the rooms, comfortable beds, unlimited access to free tea and coffee 24/7, free shuttle and the lovely restaurant, the outback. it is also surprisingly quiet, despite the airport not being that far away. every staff member we encountered, from shuttle drivers, front desk, and housekeeping, were courteous.

Convenient airport shuttle, friendly staff, Outback Steakhouse connected for easy dining, clean rooms, good water pressure.
Felt very relaxed, no complaints at all.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel during my stay in Bloomington. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having Outback Steakhouse right next door. The complimentary shuttle to Mall of America and the airport was a huge bonus.
The breakfast area near the pool was a bit small and crowded, making it difficult to find seating at times.
